Bill

Bill Kagaras

Senior Physiotherapist + Clinic Owner

From a young age, Bill has always had a passion for physiotherapy. Having played football (soccer) at an elite level for a number of years, he was a ‘regular’ at his physio and came to appreciate the impact that physiotherapy had on his sporting career and general well-being.

Bill graduated with a degree in pre-medicine at Judson University in Chicago, USA and a diploma in Massage Therapy prior to completing a Doctors of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. Before opening On Path Physio Bill was the owner of Physio Inq McMahons Point, part of the Physio Inq franchise group. Bill has been fortunate to be surrounded by a supportive team giving him the opportunity to grow and progress his career as a business owner. Culminating in this exciting new chapter as the founder and owner of On Path Physio.

Bill treats many different types of injuries, but his main areas of interest include lumber-pelvic pain, football injuries and headaches/migraine related conditions. Bill can also work with people with chronic cardiovascular conditions to assist with clearing management and advice on exercising with chronic conditions.

Everyone has a different story for their cause of injury, and Bill enjoys problem solving with his patients to help them achieve their goals and get them back to their everyday life symptom free! It is all about delivering the highest quality of healthcare to each person.

As a local, Bill is excited to be able to bring a high standard of physiotherapy care to the local community. Outside of the clinic you will find Bill playing soccer, having a meal at the local cafes and walking with his wife and daughter along the scenic coastal tracks of Sydney Harbour.

Tyron

Tyron Low

Senior Physiotherapist + APA Sports Physiotherapist

Tyron has been practising for over 25 years. A graduate of Sydney University, he began his career working within public hospitals, where he developed his knowledge and skills in Orthopaedics and Surgery. Tyron left the public system to learn Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and in 2001 qualified as an Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Physiotherapist.

Tyron has devoted many hours to community sports events from the City to Surf and the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic to secondments at the Commonwealth Games Team as Senior therapist for Namibia (2006) and Botswana (2018).

Clinically, Tyron loves the challenge of a complicated shoulder or knee, but is just as dedicated to whatever you may have! Currently, Tyron is recognised for his work on treating chronic knee pain and introducing the concept of the ‘Invisible Knee Syndrome’. He views chronic knee pain as being an extension of an injury poorly managed and is pursuing this concept for mainstream recognition.

Away from work Tyron has always had a strong interest in aviation, so you will see him travel to Melbourne to attend the Avalon Air Show when possible!

Tamara Nielsen

Senior Remedial Massage Therapist
Tamara’s passion for remedial massage therapy was born 15 years ago during her naturopathy studies. A natural empath, she quickly discovered the power of touch not just to ease pain and release tension, but to restore both body and mind. For Tamara, remedial massage isn’t just a profession; it’s a heartfelt way to make a difference in people’s lives.

Beyond the treatment room, Tamara embraces her love of food and nature. A proud Sydney foodie, she enjoys exploring local restaurants, cycling, hiking mountain trails, and immersing herself in the beauty of the outdoors.
